- Create a Retreat- Designate a space in your office building for meditation and reflection. Small nooks, comfortable seating or even a garden can all create a place to refresh during the day.
- Offer Yoga or Meditation Classes- Depending on your company’s schedule, start offering yoga classes in the evenings, mornings, or even during lunch.
- Make Pausing a Priority- Stress the importance of taking a break during the day. Make sure each employee is getting the time to pause, reflect, and refresh.
- Add a Yoga Studio- Investing in a yoga studio and/or yoga equipment is quick, easy, and very cost efficient. If you have the space, empty one room and create a comfortable, relaxing environment.
